Prints vs Real Paintings
Picture waking up on February the 14th with a gorgeous bouquet of roses waiting for you by your bedside. A note reads "For my special lady. Words cannot describe my love for you. Happy Valentines Day". You blush and reach over to pick them up to bask in this special moment. But on closer inspection, you realize the roses are plastic! You pause to catch yourself in bewilderment. Of course the gift is still a gift and was meaningful within itself, however, you can't help but feel cheated.
This scenario outlines a very simple truth we all experience day to day. We see nice things and want them. Sometimes we settle for less with a smile on our face, but if we don't have to then why should we?
In the world of art and decor, if you don't care about making a bold statement and just want to fill space on a wall, then a print is definitely for you. They're cheap and serve as great place holders for something better. However, there really isn't any comparison to a REAL painting.
Real art looks better, feels better and shines brighter than a print. Plus, you get the added bonus of bragging rights.
When was the last time you walked into someones home and asked "What is this" looking around at the no-name print on their wall?
Never? Neither have we.
Elevate your decor with real art you can brag about. A status symbol of great taste and prosperity.
Let's be honest...the alternatives are just whatever, but WHEN IT'S SPECIAL, YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'VE GOT!
