Once you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. After contacting us, you have another seven (7) days to ship the product back.
Please send an email to info@poppinpicasso.com with a clear copy of your original receipt attached within the first 7 days to process your claim.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Your refund will be processed once we've received the artwork with no damages.
